Ellis Sets Iditarod Record For Siberian Husky Team

Mike Ellis, former Stephentown resident and Berlin High School graduate, crossed the finish line in the Iditarod race on March 14 with ten of his purebred Siberian Huskies. [private]With a time of 10 days, 16 hours, 35 minutes, 13 seconds, Mike and his dogs finished in 30th place from a 50th starting position and now hold the Iditarod record for a Siberian Husky team. Bravo to Mike and Team Tsuga Siberians!
