Erika Hawkins And Ryan Groux Are Wed

Erika Lyon Hawkins, daughter of Philip and Jane (Wheeler) Hawkins of Buel, NY, was united in marriage to Ryan Charles Groux, son of Larry and Claudia Groux of Petersburgh. A ceremony took place November 4, 2012, at McKnownville United Methodist Church in Albany.

The bride is a 2006 graduate of Canajoharie High School. She is a 2009 graduate of the State University of New York at Morrisville with an Associate’s Degree in Office Administration. Prior to her wedding, she was employed by Bassett Hospital at Hartwick Seminary Speciality Services (daytime) as a registrar and as a resident innkeeper for the Landmark Inn (evening) in Cooperstown, NY. She is currently employed by Medical Fiscal Management in Latham, NY.
The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Berlin High School. He is a 2003 graduate of Hudson Valley Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Electrical and Construction. He is employed by Taconic in Petersburgh. The couple currently resides in Berlin.
