Perennial Sale At Hubbard Hall

April 19, 2013 By eastwickpress

It’s time to give Spring a push start and what better way than with the Hubbard Hall Annual Perennial Sale! This year’s sale takes place on Saturday, April 27 from 9 am until noon (or until everything is sold!). Expert gardeners on hand will help you choose what works best for your garden location.
You’ll find lots of healthy divisions of perennials, some common old workhorses for the garden as well as some rare and special.
Donate and shop early! Contribute plants, tools, garden decor, etc. to the sale and you may begin shopping as early as 7 am. Donations may be dropped off behind Hubbard Hall anytime on April 26 or 27.  Shop early! Most items sell out by 11 am so don’t dally! It’s a great way for enthusiastic gardeners to exchange choice plants while supporting Hubbard Hall at the same time!
You may also arrange to have your donations picked up prior to the sale day by calling Bliss McIntosh at 518-677-3151.
It is not necessary to pot up your divisions if they are taken soon before the sale; just wrap the roots in damp newspaper and place them in plastic bags. We do ask you to label them accurately and clearly if possible.
Hubbard Hall is located at 25 East Main Street in Cambridge, NY.  For more information on this and all Hubbard Hall programs, please visit our website at www.hubbardhall.org or call 518-677-2495.
