A Celebration of Community and Art is the theme for HAYC3’s Hoosical Furnishings Exhibit and Auction. From armoires to benches, from chandeliers to dog houses, from mirrors to mailboxes, there certainly will be something, or many things, for everyone. [private]Fifty local artists have had two months to transform 50 different types of home decor objects into works of art. Some of them can be seen in businesses on John Street. Each furnishing is unique and will be awarded to the highest bidder during the evening’s live auction on Saturday, May 11. The evening will begin at 7:30 pm with a classic reception.
