Registration Day At Berlin Middle/High School

August 2, 2013 By eastwickpress

There will be a Registration Day at Berlin Middle/High School in the Counseling Office on Tuesday, August 20, from 8:30 am until 1:30 pm for all new students in grades 6 – 12.
To register a child you will need a copy of your child’s birth certificate, health record (available at the previous school), the last report card, a copy of the IEP (if your child is classified by the Committee on Special Education), proof of residency within the Berlin Central School District and a copy of the Custodial Agreement if you are divorced or separated.
Please keep in mind you do not have to wait until August 20 to register your child.  We welcome and encourage you to register your child as soon as possible.  In addition, there are summer assignments that need to be completed before the first day of school.  Therefore the sooner you can come in to register your child the better it will be for everyone.
Registration packets are available for pick up in the Main Office from 7:30 am until 1:30 pm weekdays.
