Hoosick Falls Village Board Special Meeting

The Village of Hoosick Falls Board held an emergency meeting on Wednesday, September 18, at 8:30 pm to accept the resignation of Ronald Poitras from the Village Highway Department, effective September 16, 2013. [private]Mayor David Borge, Deputy Mayor Ric DiDonato and Trustees Robert Downing, Jeremy Driscoll, Kevin O’Malley, Robert Ryan and Ben Patten were all in attendance.
The Mayor thanked Board members for rearranging their schedules to attend the brief special meeting. When asked he said that it was in the best interest of the Village to accept the resignation at this time.
Hiring a replacement for Poitras will be discussed at the next regular Board meeting on October 8.[/private]
