Hailey Beckwith, a fifth-grader at BES, donated 10 inches of her hair to Locks of Love in honor of her grandmother, Marianne Laug, who is currently battling cancer. Hailey, along with her brothers Shea and Brady, third grade, and other family members and friends will also be participating in the Rensselaer County Relay For Life on September 20-21.
