HACA Honors Volunteers

Michael Saccocio, Executive Director of City Mission of Schenectady, was the eloquent and inspirational speaker at the Annual HACA Volunteers and Community Partners Appreciation Brunch on Saturday, October 19. HACA Director Diane Hosterman presented the Partnership Award to the Immaculate Conception Church Community Garden, which contributed its bounty to the HACA Food Closet. The Award was accepted by Fr. Tom Zelker. Marie Lucey received the HACA Community Award for her work and support of the HACA programs, and Alison and George Pine were honored as Volunteers of the Year for the countless hours they spend in support of the Food Closet and other HACA programs.
