Hoosick Town Supervisor Keith Cipperly, who has been charged with Official Misconduct and Falsifying Business Records in the second degree, did not appear in Hoosick Town Court last Thursday. [private]His case was adjourned and the paperwork fi led for it to be heard in a different jurisdiction.
According to Town Court Clerk Jan Kimball, this is standard procedure when a Town offi cial is involved. There is no word yet as to which nearby Town will hear the case. However, it is doubtful any action will be taken during the remainder of this year.[/private]
