The Petersburgh Public Library book discussion group is reading the book The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafón. The book will be discussed at the next meeting on February 12 at 7 pm. Copies of the book are available at the Library. New members are welcome.

Story Hour

The next pre-school story hour will be on Tuesday, January 7, at 11 am with the topic “N is for Numbers.” All pre-schoolers and their care givers are invited to join in stories, crafts, activities and snacks.

Fund Drive

The Library is currently in the midst of a fund drive to be able to purchase new books in 2014. End of the year donations would be greatly appreciated. We are two thirds of the way to our goal of $1,500. Donations can be dropped off at the Library or mailed to the library at P.O. Box 250, Petersburgh, NY, 12138. A tax deductible receipt will be given to all who donate.
