Hubbard Trust
Attorney George Holbrook addressed the Planning Board regarding property on Route 22 in North Hoosick which was made up of 10 continuous small lots. Holbrook said the property was first subdivided in the late 1800s. In order to settle the estate he requested the property be made into a two lot simple subdivision with two thirds of the lot going with the small Hubbard house and the rest of the property being made one lot. The Board reviewed the map and approved the plan as a simple subdivision.
Barr Realty Property
Holbrook’s second request was regarding property owned by Barr Realty. The property is in North Hoosick, east of Cobble Hill Road and Route 67. After reviewing the map the Board approved the change he requested as a boundary line adjustment.
