The Panthers jumped out to a 14 – 6 first quarter lead and were never challenged by the visiting Voorheesville Blackbirds.  By halftime, the Panthers were maintaining a near twenty point lead, and the Blackbirds could not chip away at that lead. Both teams’ play was sloppy, with many turnovers, but the Panthers easily outscored the Blackbirds.

Megan Flynn led the way with 14 points. Kelly Pine and Carsen Williams each scored 11. Olivia Schneider had seven, Rachel Pine five, and Ashley St. Onge added three points.

With the win, the Ladies advance in sectional play. They will play Saturday, February 22, at 6 pm against #3 Johnstown at Watervliet High School.
