SVFD Roast Beef Dinner

The Stephentown Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank everyone who came out last Saturday to support our annual Roast Beef Dinner fundraiser. The Department served about 255 dinners this year compared to 350 last year. [private]Hilltown Pork generously donated the roast beef while Parisi Designs & Co. donated flowers and Kilventon Fruit & Produce donated fresh produce. Jiminy Peak helped with advertising. It was great to have young volunteers from Cub Scout Pack 911 and Boy Scout Troop 222, and members’ families helping out. Many thanks to all the local people who donated delicious homemade pies and cookies and helped cook the roast beef. It is great to live in a community where people come together to support each other.
