The Cambridge Indians came to Hoosick Falls last Thursday in what was a home match for both teams as Cambridge also uses the Hoosick Falls Country Club as its home. The Panthers weren’t very friendly neighbors as they grabbed all the points, recording a 5 – 0 win. Eric Bloomer, shooting a 40, was the medalist.

Eric Bloomer won against Daniel Genesis (4 – 3), Andrew Hoag won against Gabriel Evans (5 – 3), Ryan Bloomer won against Brandon Taber (2 – 1), Jake Nolan won against Ethanol Jessie (2 up) and Conner Smith won against Nathaniel Woodcock (3 – 1). Smith shot his best score ever during a match, 44.

On Wednesday, the team played Greenwich at the HFCC. The last time these two teams met the Witches came away with all five points. Andrew Hoag and Jake Nolan won their matches, but the Panthers lost the overall match, 2 – 3.

The Panthers are now 10 – 2.
