A Great Day For A Cow Plop

Sunday, October 12, was a great day for a Cow Plop. The weather was ideal! The antique cars gleamed in the sun. There were plenty of games to play and rides in the barrel train for the kids. Folks waited in a long line for food and soft drinks. The grid squares were sold out early. There was even a Cow Plop song!

When the deed was finally done and the plop was scrutinized by judges Fr. Tom Zelker and SMA Principal Maureen Daurio, it was declared that the winning spot belonged to Sue Hickey.

This bright yellow 2014 Chevy Comaro was as interesting under the hood as it was outside. It's owned by Paul O'Dell of Schenectady, NY and was part of the Annual SMA Cow Plop and Car Show on Sunday. (Bea Peterson photo)

Bob Martin of Cheshire, MA, did a good portion of the work on his 1932 Ford Roadster. The engine just gleamed at the Annual SMA Cow Plop and Car Show on Sunday. (Bea Peterson photo)
