“This was a good scoring day for most of the team members. A.J., Josh and Kenneth were very consistent and bowled some really good games to lead the team. It was one of our better home match totals of the season. We seem to be on a good scoring trend, and I hope it continues for our coming matches,” said Coach Lang.

“I was very happy how our team bowled, but the top teams really bowled great! Most of the teams at this tournament are “A” and “B” schools so I feel that we competed very well against those bigger schools. We also got good practice for Sectionals which will be held on these lanes in February. We still need to work hard in the coming weeks and practice converting our spares. We scored very well with four out of six triples in the 600s. Any day we can get that kind of scoring, I’m very pleased. The team competed great and had a good time practicing for Sectionals,” Coach Lang said.

“The team had another good day on away lanes that are different than our home lanes. They started out slow in the first few frames of the first game but made the necessary adjustments and started bowling well. It was another good team effort with Varsity, JV and Exhibition bowlers getting some good scores,” said Coach Lang.

Their hard work throughout the season is starting to pay off, but they need to keep up the good work for the rest of the season – especially with the tournaments coming up in a couple of weeks,” Coach Lang said.
