Town Of Hoosick Organizational Meeting

The Town of Hoosick Board held its organizational meeting at 6 pm on Monday, January 12. The following appointments and resolutions were passed.

[private]The Bulletin Board in the Lobby of the HAYC3 Armory was designated the Town of Hoosick official Bulletin Board.

The Town Board will meet the second Monday of each month at 7 pm in the HAYC3 Armory.

Pioneer Commercial Bank and Key Bank are the repositories for the Town of Hoosick.

The Cambridge Eagle is the Town’s official newspaper. The Eastwick Press is the official alternate.

The firm of Tabner, Ryan & Keniry LLP is the Attorney for the Town of Hoosick at an annual stipend of $12,000.

HAYC3 Armory Rental fee for the Town offices is $2,000 per month per lease agreement.

The Board established a $25 charge on all checks returned for insufficient funds

Authorize Bookkeeper to pay utility, health insurance and like bills received after Board’s regularly monthly meeting.
