Erin Pinney thanked the many people who came to Brown’s Brewery on Saturday, February 28 to support her goal to run in the Boston Marathon. Erin is Volunteer Coordinator for the Double H Hole in the Woods Ranch at Lake Luzerne. In order to be part of the 25 member Team Hole in the Wall she had to raise $7,500. Her goal, however, is to raise $10,000. The Brown’s event raised over $4,000 and she is now less than $1,000 from her $10,000 goal! The 35 camps worldwide provide specialized programs and year around support for children and their families dealing with life-threatening illnesses. All the programs are free of charge. At the camps the kids get to be just kids for a week. If anyone cares to contribute to Erin’s run, checks should be make payable to: Hole in the Wall Gang Fund and sent to Double H Ranch, 97 Hidden Valley Road, Lake Luzerne, NY 12846.
