Berlin Students Inducted Into National Honor Society

On Monday, March 23, twenty Berlin High School students were formally inducted in the Taconic Valley Chapter of the National Honor Society. Ten Berlin Middle School students were inducted into the National Junior Honor Society.

[private]To be eligible for National Honor Society, a student must be in grade 10, 11, or 12 and must have maintained a cumulative average of 85 percent.

To be eligible for National Junior Honor Society a student must be in grade 7 or 8 and have maintained a cumulative average of 90 percent.

Students must also demonstrate a degree of involvement in their school and/or communities, exemplify a degree of responsibility and determination, and have the desire to do the “right thing” in all situations.
