Moses Farm

Laura Green addressed the Planning Board at its meeting on Monday, April 20, regarding the Moses Farm on West Hoosick Road in Buskirk. [private]A recent updated survey revealed that half an adjoining driveway was on Moses property. A one and a half acre adjustment would cure the driveway encroachment problem. The Board approved that boundary line adjustment.

Brimmer Farm

Board Chairman Jim Dunigan recused himself from the Board and Bill Johnston addressed the Board on his behalf regarding a boundary line adjustment to the Brimmer Farm property approved by the Board in February. Johnston requested a 30 day extension to that approval as the plans are being held up at the Rensselaer County Health Department. The Board approved the extension.

Trembley Property

There was considerable discussion as to what exactly Joseph Trembley was requesting regarding his property on Beechwood Road. It was unclear as to whether the property was to be three lots or one lot. Board Attorney Denis King will contact Trembley and ask him to attend next month’s meeting for clarification.[/private]
