Many hands are needed for the morning of Saturday, April 25 from 9 am to noon. The Tomhannock Reservoir provides drinking water to all of Troy and many surrounding communities. With water an ever more precious resource, Rensselaer Land Trust takes a special interest in Rensselaer County water supplies. Meet at NYS DEC public access parking lot on NYS Route 7 by the causeway. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear – shoes that can tolerate a wet or muddy trail are recommended. Bring gloves, garbage bags will be provided. You may want to bring a drink and a snack. The cleanup will happen rain or shine. To register contact: Paul Schroeder (518) 674-2480 or pschroeder1@nycap.rr.com [/private]
