Cambridge Historical Society And Museum To Hold Plant Sale

May 7, 2015 By eastwickpress

On Friday, May 15 from noon until dark and Saturday, May 16 from 9 am to 1 pm, the Cambridge Historical Society And Museum will hold its annual Spring Plant Sale.  The sale will be on the lawn of the Cambridge Presbyterian Church (at the red light on the corner of Route 22 and Main Street).  This sale is known for its large number of beautiful blooming annual plants and perennials provided by well-known gardener, Al Rapp.  Look for hanging baskets, vegetables, urns, flowers and more.  This is a “rain or shine” event.  After our hard winter, it will be a treat to see so many healthy and beautiful blooming plants.  Proceeds from the sale will  benefit the Cambridge Historical Society And Museum located at 12 Broad Street in Cambridge.  The Museum will open officially on the weekend of May 30 and 31.  “Saving Our History – Honoring Our Past”
