Junior Members receive training in Basic Life Support (BLS) skills and are assigned to night and weekend teams. This program is inspiring for many high schoolers. Many past members have gone into health fields such as nursing, and three have become doctors.

The Rescue Squad Youth Group is also very active and are currently working on plans for a float in the Hoosick Falls Memorial Day Parade.
