The Corkscrew Rail Trail will be opening a small section of trail at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, June 6, National Trails Day at 10 am on Knapp Road about midway. After several clean up days, work clearing brush, and new signs thanks to the generosity of the local business community, the trail is ready for use by hikers and bicycle riders. The Friends of the CRT ask for respect and appreciation of the land owners’ willingness to open this section to the public.
