Kroboth has taken nearly every business class offered by the district including an independent study when her schedule wouldn’t allow for a regular class.

She was selected as New Lebanon’s Outstanding Business Student by teacher Michelle Daus based on her academic excellence and unwavering interest in business.

“Colleen has risen to the challenge of demonstrating not just typical academic standards but also work-readiness traits such as teamwork, problem solving, leadership and multitasking,” said Daus. “In the time that I’ve known her, Colleen has never seemed to lose her desire to pursue a career in accounting and finance, and I think that as she moves on to start her next chapter, she is going to do such a great job!”
