NYSATA Honors Berlin Art Teachers

On June 16, Berlin Middle School/High School teachers Samantha Noles and Christina Wallace were honored as the New York State Art Teachers Association’s (NYSATA) Region 6 Art Educators of the Year. The two were recognized at a ceremony held in Round Lake and will be considered for State level recognition.

Berlin Middle School Principal Jason Breh nominated them for the award and praised their outstanding contributions to the school community.

“Their consistent and creative approaches for ensuring effective instruction of our middle and high school students sets the bar high,” he said.  “I am continually impressed with their professionalism and it truly was a pleasure to be able to nominate them for this honor.  We are privileged to have them on staff working so hard for our kids. [/private]
