Girls Soccer Grabs Three League Wins

HF 2 – Tamarac 1
Stillwater High School, 9/16, HF (O) 4 – 2, (L) 4 – 0. The Lady Panthers scored one goal in each half to bring home a 2 – 1 win. [private]Rachael Lewsey, with an assist from Angela Gonzalez, took the Panthers to a halftime lead. In the second half, Keelan Seifert assisted Darian Morgan for the second goal. Stillwater scored on a penalty kick. Goalie Jayde Tutunjian had seven saves for the Panthers.
HF 9 – Granville 0
Hoosick Soccer Fields, 9/18, HF (O) 5 – 2, (L) 5 – 0. The Panthers blasted in five first half goals to rock Granville out of their cleats, then tacked on four more in the second half just to show they meant business. Scoring was distributed among teammates, with eight players recording a goal. Jordyn Haynes scored once in each half, with Racheal Lewsey, Samantha Flohr, Taylor Mann, Darian Morgan, Angela Gonzalez, Ashley Foster and Kelly Pine each getting scores. Foster had three assists, Gonzalez had two, Lewsey, Pine and Raven Brenenstuhl each had one. HF goalie Jayde Tutunjian had five saves, while Granville goalie Lyndsy Hilder was pummeled throughout the game, recording 16 saves.
HF 9 – Greenwich 1
at GHS 9/22, HF (O) 6 – 2, (L) 6 – 0. The Lady Panthers scored four first half goals then tacked on five more in the second half to crush the Witches.
