October 1, 2015 By eastwickpress

submitted by Paula Kamperman

HFCS PTA is proud to announce its featured raffle items for the Fourteenth Annual Fall Festival being held on Saturday, October 10, from 9 am to 3 pm, at Hoosick Falls Central School.

[private]Each year, the featured raffle items are always of particular interest, and 2015 will be no exception—and the public can get a sneak peek at them prior to the Festival up until October 9 at the Hoosick Federal Credit Union.

The fabulous prizes are: a Will Moses print entitled “Moose Woods”, custom framed by Peg Caron, a “Pamper Me” package including a hand embroidered quilt by Sue Hale, a $150 gift certificate donated by Potter Hill Barn and a salon goodie bag donated by Maggie’s Beauty Shop, a “Family Package” to include 10 passes to Bennington Cinema, and certificate to Barbeque Recreation and Bianca’s Pizza, and a “Date Night” package to include a $50 gift certificate to Bennington Station and two tickets for the Old Castle Theatre Company.

Take a chance to win any or all of the prizes—and enter as many times as you’d like!

Tickets are $1 per or $5 for six and are available for purchase prior to the festival from various PTA members and at Stewarts Shop located at Routes 7 and 22 in Hoosick on Sunday, October 4 from 9 am to 1 pm.

This fun-filled event features crafters and vendors, games and activities for the kids, a bake sale, food and beverages, several raffles for adults and kids, entertainment, and much more! Again this year the Lions Club will be selling refreshments and offering free vision screening. All proceeds from Fall Festival help the PTA host family-oriented events, volunteer time in support of classroom activities, offer funding for countless programs and events, and much more.

There are still a few vendor spaces remaining for this heavily attended event and can be reserved by contacting Susan Senecal at (518) 378-6056 or email at transfspoutreach@yahoo.com.

Please take a chance on one or more of these wonderful raffle items and come join the fun on October 10.[/private]
