Memorial Service: William Mackey Peckham

There will be a memorial service honoring the life of William Mackey Peckham Jr. on October 24 at the Cheney Library from 10 to noon.  [private]Bill passed away on August 14, 2015.  He was born and educated in Troy, but is remembered fondly by Hoosick  Falls residents as a high school English teacher and president of the Board of Trustees of the Cheney library.  He was living in Ohio at the time of his passing.  He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, and son Stuart, who will be at the memorial, and are looking forward to seeing old friends and students.  Please stop in and visit.[/private]
