At the Public Hearing regarding the upcoming year’s budget, Town Assessor Tony Rice explained to the Board how the budget increase would affect Town and Village property owners. [private]A $100,000 full market value home in the Town would see an increase of approximately $52. A $100,000 full market value home in the Village would see an increase of about $45. Both figures are before any exemptions, including the extended STAR exemption, which will remain in effect.
