Margaret P. Vance

Margaret (Patsy) P. Vance, age 70, passed on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick, Washington after a short battle with cancer. Her family was at her side. 

[private]Patsy was born May 28, 1945 in Troy, New York to the late Melvin A. Piche’ and Florence M. Mahoney. She grew up in Grafton, New York.  Patsy moved to Richland, Washington in 1978. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, family, tending to her garden, and later in life, listening to a good book.

She is survived by her brother, William (Bill) Piche’ and sister-in-law Peggy Piche’ of Eagle Bridge, NY and her six children; Erin Gilmour of Richland, WA, Kimberly (Brian) Marks of Schoharie, NY, KellyAnn Shaw of Scotia, NY, Joseph Horton of Modesto, CA, Michael Horton of Troy, NY, and Louis (Kayla) Audi of Richland, WA; as well as 15 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local Hospice.[/private]
