There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks to the Town of Hoosick for insufficient funds.

The Superintendent of Highways is authorized to purchase equipment, tools and implements during the year without prior approval of the Town Board in the amount not to exceed $3000.

The time of meetings of the Town Board will continue to be the second Monday each month at 7 pm at the HAYC3 Armory.[/private]
