New Lebanon Town Board Action

New Lebanon’s Annual Organizational Meeting was held Monday under the Town’s newest Supervisor, Colleen Teal, and with two new Board members Kevin Smith and Mark Baumli. The following appointments were made or tabled:

Assessor’s Clerk:                   Lisa Henry

Code/Zoning Enforcement Officer: Kent Pratt

Deputy Code Enforcement Officer: Dean Herrick

Building Department Administrator: Cissy Hernandez

Planning Board Member – 7 year: Wes Powell

Planning Board Chairman: Ray Herrmann

Zoning Board Member – 5 year: Jeff Hattat

Zoning Board of Appeals Chairman: Tony Murad

Animal Control Officer:       Wes Powell

Court Constable:     Wes Powell

Court Clerk:                          Cynthia Creech

Deputy Court Clerk:       Rebecca Rothrock

Park/Grounds Maintenance Superintendent: Donald Sears

Building Maintenance Scott Larabee

Registrar of Vital Records – 2 years: Tistrya Houghtling

SYP Camp Director:  Michelle Bienes

Ethics Board Member – 2 vacancies: Tabled

Conservation Advisory Council – 2 year: Cynthia Creech & David Farren

Recreation Commission Member – 5 year: Cynthia Creech

New Lebanon Representative to the Columbia County Traffic Safety Council: Matt Larabee

New Lebanon Emergency Management Coordinator: Matt Larabee

New Lebanon Representative to Columbia County Office for the Aging (2): Phyllis Hulbert

A roll call vote found the entire list of appointments passed with all in favor, with the exception of Councilmember Dan Evans, who voted Nay.

The Eastwick Press and the Columbia Paper were approved, with all in favor, as the official newspapers for the Town for the year 2016. The Register Star was approved for legal and public notices as needed.[/private]
