Preparations For Hoosick Falls St. Patrick’s Day Parade In Full Swing

The Hoosick Falls St Patrick’s Day Parade will celebrate its 25th Anniversary this year with the annual parade and Irish festival on March 12.  The last fundraiser before the parade is a “Paint-n-Sip” At the Sand Bar in Hoosick Falls on Sunday, February 21 from 1 to 4 pm. [private]

The cost is $38. The activity is Irish Painting on canvas, with snacks and one glass of wine included. Raffle will be on sale along with our 2016 Hoosick Falls St. Patrick’s Parade t-shirts, hoodies and tank tops. Check out our Facebook page or contact any committee member – Olivia Burns, Kate Bradley, Emily Bouplon or Marie O’Neil. Seating is limited.

The parade committee is pleased to announce the return of the Albany Trolley, sponsored by Brundige Insurance. The Trolley will make stops after the parade at various participating locations.

The theme for the annual float contest will be “Irish Families.” Get your family and friends together and enter a float and proudly display your family name and history.
