Planning Board Approves Transfer Of Family Land At Dyken Pond
By Doug La Rocque
Following a public hearing at which there were no speakers, the Town of Berlin’s Planning Board gave its approval to a sub-division of land owned by Albert Hoffman at 68 Dyken Pond Road. [private]Hoffman is transferring 2.43 acres of his 90 plus acre lot to his grandson Andrew Suttie and his wife Nicole. The transfer is to square off the Suttie property that contains their home. In January Hoffman appeared before the Board to file his application. At that time the Board voted to accept the application and the short form environmental impact offered with it.
There was no other business on the agenda and no new business was brought before the Board. They adjourned until their next scheduled meeting on March 24.[/private]
