31st Annual Wood Memorial Road Race

The Town of Hoosick Lions Club 31^st Annual Wood Memorial 5K Road Race and one mile Fun Run will be held on Saturday, May 21.  Registration is from 7 am to 8:40 am at the bandstand with the 5K race starting at 9 am.  [private]The Fun Run is immediately after.  Trophies and medals will be awarded to the top finishers.   Registration is $15 for ages 14 and above.  $7 for ages 13 and under.  $50 cash prizes will be awarded to the fastest boy and girl runner in each age category.  The categories are; under 5, 5 to 7, 8 to 10 and 11 to 13.  Those registered by May 5 are guaranteed a commemorative t-shirt: late registrants will also receive shirts as long as the supply lasts.   More information, registration forms and the map of the race route  may be found at townofhoosicklions.org, Thorpe’s Pharmacy, and Hoosick Federal Credit Union.
