Berlin Dog Control Officer Doug Goodermote was all smiles this past Thursday night, as the semiannual rabies clinic in at the Berlin Municipal Complex again had a good turnout. [private]

Several cats and many dogs were brought in for the vaccine and distemper shots. The clinic has rebounded in the last year after several instances of poor turnouts threatened the future of the event. Goodermote credits a community effort to help spread the word around the Taconic Valley with revitalizing the clinic.
