North Hoosick Fire Department Open House

The North Hoosick Fire Department will be holding an open house on Saturday, April 23 from 10 am to 2 pm at the fire station on Route 22. [private]This event is open for the public to come and see the fire department’s equipment, apparatus, and facility. The department will be selling 911 reflective address signs for people to place in front of their residence so the emergency responders can find their homes quickly in case of an emergency situation. Those who attend will be eligible for a free smoke detector while supplies last, and a chance at the door prizes. For door prizes the Department will give away five 5 lb fire extinguishers. Refreshments will be served. The Fire Department is always looking for new members to join and serve their community.[/private]
