Transfer Station News Berlin and Petersburgh Residents

New permits for the May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017 year for the Berlin Transfer Station will be on sale at your respective Town Clerk’s office on April 1st.  Check with your Clerk for office hours and permit costs – Berlin 658-2161 and Petersburgh 658-3777.  [private]Only residents of Berlin and Petersburgh or landowners of property in Berlin or Petersburgh may purchase permits.  Proof of ownership may be requested.  Everyone using the Transfer Station will need a permit, even for recyclables.  Some fees have changed –  make sure you received a flyer on changes and fees when you get your new permit.

The Transfer Station will be closed on the following Holidays – Easter 3/26, Memorial Day 5/30, July 4th 7/4, Labor Day 9/5 and Christmas 12/25.
