Jake Kinney, a senior at Hoosick Falls CSD who will be attending Siena College in the fall, has completed the Eagle Scout Project he has been working on since last September. [private]
The project had three main parts: organizing a bird watch and recording the species along the Hoosic River Greenway, building and installing benches on the side of the trail, and organizing other Boy Scouts in a clean-up of the trail on Saturday, May 7. Kinney (left), Cody Humphrey (right), and Will Clifford (not pictured) built the benches, and Kinney and Humphrey installed the benches with a little help from Kinney’s dad, Brian.
