With 142 kids signed up for the Spring and Fall sessions, Taconic Valley Soccer kicked off its 25th plus season this past Saturday at the Berlin Elementary School. Coaches help teach the game to children from pre-K to high school age. [private]
The older participants compete in the John Werner League, featuring teams from Eastern New York and Southwestern Vermont. Besides soccer, TVSC participants are encouraged to march in Berlin’s Annual Memorial Day parade, and will hold their annual spring awards picnic on Saturday June 18. [/private]
