Seniors from the Lebanon Valley and Stephentown Seniors Clubs pose at the Hudson River Lookout on the steps of the West Point Civil War Memorial. The group was part of the 22 seniors who went on an excursion to the US Military Academy at West Point on Saturday, April 30. [private]
The seniors were thrilled to watch a Full Dress Parade of the Cadets, followed by a parachute jump demonstration, then a superb lunch at the Hotel Thayer on the Academy grounds, and afterward a guided tour of West Point. The seniors of both clubs are grateful to the residents and Town Boards of New Lebanon and Stephentown for the support they receive for these enjoyable and educational trips. [/private]
