HAYC3, in partnership with Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, offered thanks to the more than 350 (a new record!) dedicated community volunteers who collected trash, pulled weeds, washed windows, built planter boxes, painted buildings, created gardens, and took steps to make our village beautiful. Community spirit in abundance was shown by volunteers from St. Marks Church, Hoosick True Value, Little Sprouts, Immaculate Conception Church, Hoosick Falls Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, the Commission on Economic Opportunity (C.E.O.), the Saint-Gobain crew, students from St. Mary’s Academy, and Hoosick Falls Central School, as well as all the many individuals and families who came out.
A special thank you to Mayor Dave Borge, Niel Stowell, and the Village crew for assisting with this endeavor.[/private]
