Authorities believe she was thrown from the vehicle.  The victim walked to a nearby home to summon help.  They describe her injuries as painful but not believed to be life threatening.  She was transported to Southwestern Vermont Medical Center by the Grafton Rescue Squad.  At press time the identity of the driver had not been released. The Grafton Fire Department also responded to the scene, as did NYS Park police.[/private]
