At noon on Tuesday the Hoosick Fire Department responded to a request to prepare a medical helicopter landing zone at the Hoosac School athletic fields.
[private]The request came from the Bennington Rescue Squad because they hada man who had suffered a serious head injury in North Bennington. 
The helicopter arrived sixteen minutes after being summoned and the rescue squad arrived to the field shortly after.
