Permanent Water Filters For Hoosick Falls Water System Delivered September 30

The tanks, made by Calgon Carbon Corporation, which arrived on Friday, September 30 will filter PFOA out of the drinking water.

A giant crane picked the two large tanks off two separate trucks and placed them on pads at the waterworks site. Manifolds and piping will be installed and a structure built around them over the next few months. A third, smaller tank was also placed at the same time. Photo by Steve Bradley[/private]
