The 2016 version of the annual gathering, called “Spirits of the Fall,” was well attended as usual. Held at the Grafton Inn, the event is the major fund raiser for the Historical Society.[private]A fine abundance of wines to sample, every kind of cheese imaginable and various other hors d’oeuvres lined the dining table at the venerable old inn.
Members of the Historical Society served as hosts and servers as well as mingling with the guests to talk about their accomplishments in historic preservation and future programs.
