The Library was set up last Saturday night November 5 as “Club 47,” the library transformed into “a hip and cool performance venue.” [private]The band featured traditional Irish music and sing along with a demonstration of Irish dance steps as well. The walls were covered with large format images of Ireland, special lighting and decorations.
Toss the Feathers is a trio that is well known throughout the Hudson Valley, creating distinctive sound rooted deep in the traditions of the Emerald Isle. After the concert, the band called the library a “beautiful library and concert place” and described the crowd and the evening as warm and receptive.[/private]
