Cynthia Brock

Hoosick Falls – Cynthia A. Brock, 61, passed away on Thursday December 15, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her family. [private]She resided on Brud Way with her husband Jerome Brock.

Cynthia was born on August 28, 1955, in Bennington, Vermont, daughter of the late Lawrence and Marion (Young) Tiernan. She graduated from Mt Anthony High in Bennington. Cynthia worked at several area businesses and was last employed by Home Senior Care in Bennington.

She liked to knit, crochet, bake, shop, but most of all she enjoyed her time spent with family.

Survivors other than her husband Jerome include their daughter Amy Brock and son Michael Brock both of Hoosick Falls, son Jonathan Brock of Holland, MI, sisters Noreen Damon of North Bennington, VT and Mary Buak of Shaftsbury, VT, also seven grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother David Trienan.

Funeral services were Tuesday December 20, at 11 am from the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY. Relatives and friends called at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10 am until the start of the service.
