Girls Roll On, Win Two More

HF 49 – Cambridge 33 

December 13 at HFCS. The game started out with the teams playing evenly to a 9-8 Panthers lead at the end of the first quarter. [private]As the second quarter progressed the Panthers pulled away to a 26-12 halftime lead. Cambridge never threatened again. Ally Burdick led the scoring with 10 points. Liz Ryan added eight points and twelve rebounds.

HF 55 – Waterford-Halfmoon 14

December 9 at W-H HS. HF O 3-0, L 3-0. The Ladies totally dominated the W-H Fordians. The Panthers jumped out to a 17 to 5 first quarter lead and kept adding to the lead throughout the game. The Panther defense held W-H to quarter scores of 5-4-1-4, while scoring in double figures every quarter but the last. Kelly Pine led the way with 16 points and ten rebounds. Both teams were 3 of 6 on free throws.[/private]
